The state minister of the ministry of energy and water resources of federal government Somalia H.E has been appointed by Presidential decree dated – The state minister has been representing the Ministry for high level political forums and has been coordinating between the ministry and the office of the president, carrying the president’s commitment in transforming and bettering the lives of all citizens.
The state minister was forefront to develop policies that shape and transform both the energy and water sectors in Somalia. The Minister leads the formulation of these policies and strengthens the connections and coordination mechanisms between the ministry and political institutions.
The state minister leads coordination, communications and cooperations between the ministry of energy and water resources of federal government of Somalia and federal member states in matters that influence policies and resources sharing. The cooperation between the ministries of federal member states and federal government have been cornerstone of succeeding and transforming both the energy and water sectors in Somalia.
