Objective: The primary objective of the F&AHR Department is to support the ministry in effectively managing its financial resources, administrative functions, and human capital to facilitate the development and maintenance of energy and water resources across the country. This includes financial planning, administrative coordination, and the development and management of a skilled workforce.

Financial Oversight: Monitor expenditures and financial transactions to maintain fiscal responsibility.
Revenue Management: Identify revenue sources and strategies for the sustainable funding of energy and water initiatives.
Logistics and Procurement: Coordinate procurement processes and manage the distribution of resources.
Records and Information Management: Maintain records, documents, and information for the ministry.
Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the hiring and placement of qualified personnel to meet the ministry’s workforce needs.
Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the ministry’s employees.
Employee Relations: Address personnel matters, maintain a healthy work environment, and facilitate employee engagement.
