Objective: The primary objective of the Department of Administration and Finance is to support the ministry in effectively managing its financial resources and administrative functions to facilitate the development and maintenance of energy and water resources across the country. This includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, administrative coordination, asset and records management, and information technology services that ensure the ministry operates efficiently and transparently.

Administration Unit
Oversee day-to-day administrative services to ensure smooth ministry operations.
Finance & Accounting Unit
Manage budgeting, accounting, and expenditure tracking to maintain fiscal responsibility.
Maintenance & Asset Management Unit
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safeguarding of ministry facilities and assets.
Archives & Records Management Unit
Organize, store, and manage official documents and records for institutional memory and accountability.
Information Technology (IT) Unit
Manage IT systems, digital platforms, and data services that support secure and efficient ministry operations.
